The big carnival was very exciting for Callin. He loved all the rides, that is except the slide. He was a little intimidated and mom had to climb the stairs to ride with him. I think my carnival riding days are over! It was a little much for me to be standing at the top of the big slide, knowing it had been put together in a couple of hours. It didn't seem very stable to me. I was more than happy to slide on down!
If you are under 10, there is no one better than Grandpa when it comes to the Labor Day Parade. He is always so much fun to watch and he always supplies lots and lots of treats.
Davin was very impressed with the parade. He decided his chair wasn't quiet close enough to the action so he thought he would just scoot it up a bit.
Relishing the moment!
Callin and Collin--the new best friends
Crazy cousins: Evan, Wylie, Grace and Tripp. I think Tripp is having the time of his life!
We were so lucky to have Wylie's friend Mason come over. He has really missed him since he moved to Salt Lake.
Highlight of the Weekend: Nana in the golfcart! You were awesome Nana.
Glad you put the comments back up about your boys. You did a great job describing each in such few words. I got quite the chuckle out of your pictures and stories on this post.
ReplyDeleteI think I would have to agree with you on the slide. It always did kind of scare me.
ReplyDeleteTell Davin to quit growing, he is getting to big toooooo fast. He looks like he should be Callin, which means Callin is growing toooooo fast. Looks like a fun weekend. It is crazy how much more scared you get as you get older.
